Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 3 October 2026 — Applies to Brandzy accounts and to Instagram accounts connected to Brandzy.

Your Instagram data deletion request is complete. Confirmation code: . Brandzy has deleted the Instagram access token, account ID and username, the follower and engagement numbers pulled from Instagram, and the records of Auto DM replies for that account.

You can remove your data from Brandzy at any time. Choose the option that fits what you want to delete.

1. Remove Instagram data only

If you connected Instagram (for Auto DM or automatic stats), use either of these:

In Brandzy: open the app, go to Store → Auto DM, and tap Disconnect. We delete your Instagram access token, account ID, and username immediately, and Brandzy stops receiving your comments and messages.
In Instagram: go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find Brandzy, and tap Remove. Instagram cancels Brandzy's access straight away and tells us, and we delete your Instagram access token automatically. If you also ask Instagram to delete your data, we delete the Instagram numbers on your page and the records of Auto DM replies too, and Instagram shows you a confirmation code.

To also delete the records of replies Brandzy sent, email us as described in section 3. We delete them within 30 days.

2. Delete individual items

Inside the app you can delete your Auto DM rules, deals, clients, invoices, products, courses, and subscribers one by one. Deleted items are removed from our database.

3. Delete your whole account

Email info@brandzy.app from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Brandzy account". Include your Brandzy username. We will:

confirm the request came from the account owner;
delete your account, profile, public page, store, and all related records, including any Instagram connection data, within 30 days;
email you when the deletion is complete.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records for tax purposes, and nothing else.

4. If you are not a Brandzy user

If you commented on or messaged a creator who uses Auto DM, Brandzy does not store your comment or message text or your profile. We keep only the Instagram ID of the comment or message we replied to, so we never reply twice. To have it removed, email info@brandzy.app with a link to the comment or the creator's username.
